Do you have a physical store where I can shop?
Unfortunately, Different Pharm does not currently have a physical store.
Do you test your products?
Yes, we test all our products. We don't skip batch tests, as is the standard in much of the industry.
How do you choose your suppliers?
Every new supplier we work with has to go through our selection programme. It consists of initial discussions. We then discuss the specific products we want to work on with them and look at their scientific data to ensure they can meet our stringent specifications. We then move on to analytical testing of samples in a third independent laboratory. The raw material must be of the highest quality and meet our strict specifications. If these tests are passed, then we move on to the production phase. Another requirement is that suppliers can meet our production volumes and deadlines, as well as maintain a stable supply.
