The online store Differentpharm.com uses the services of courier companies Speedy and Econt Express.

For orders under 50 BGN the customer pays a courier service of 5 BGN to a selected office.

For orders under 50 BGN the customer pays a courier service of 8 BGN to the address of his choice. Orders to an address are carried out only by the courier company Speedy.

The amount is charged to the product.

Example:

If you place an order worth 40 BGN, with delivery to an address selected, you will pay a total of 48 BGN.

Orders over 50 BGN are free delivery nationwide.

For first order:

To avoid unintentional data entry errors, we will contact you by phone to confirm your first order. Any subsequent orders will be fulfilled directly. (Exceptions are orders placed without registration)

All requests received by 16:00 are processed and sent on the same working day.

Requests made after 16:00 are processed and sent the next working day.

The delivery time is 1-2 working days after confirmation of the order.

Note: Delivery may be delayed:

to an address in case the location you ordered to is served on a special schedule. 

to a courier's office or address for technical reasons. The delay may be up to 72h.
